RETURNS
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from this website, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided that you follow the procedure outlined below.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, in the original packaging, and without any signs of use. Refunds cannot be issued for items that are clearly used, damaged, or dirty.
The seller reserves the right to take legal action, within the limits allowed by applicable law, against any fraudulent activity. This includes, but is not limited to, any attempt to cancel or request a refund for valid, successfully completed, and delivered orders that do not meet the return conditions.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to start the return process directly from the website evocircle.eu by clicking on the dedicated link.
After submitting the request, our Customer Service will contact you to schedule a pickup date with the courier.
Place the items in their original packaging and, if possible, use the same box the items were shipped in. Carefully protect the products using packing material to avoid damage during transport.
Seal the package securely with tape, making sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels.
Print the Return Document we sent you via email, fill in the required fields (including the pickup date and your signature), and include it inside the package.
Hand the package over to the courier indicated in the Return Document.
Once the returned goods have been received, we will update you on the outcome of the inspection. If everything is in order, the refund will be processed within 15 days of receiving the package, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
