SHIPPING
Shipments within Italy are made via courier. Delivery is carried out within 7 working days from order confirmation and is always free of charge.
When your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Upon receiving the package, please check that the packaging is intact. If you notice any tampering, we ask that you refuse the package directly to the courier, stating the reason on the delivery documents. Below are some example reasons you may use:

“ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION FOR SUSPECTED TAMPERING” – if the package appears open or not properly sealed;

“ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION FOR IMPROPER HANDLING” – if the package is not delivered with care or diligence by the courier;

“ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION FOR VISIBLY DAMAGED PACKAGE” – if the parcel shows visible damage or appears altered.
